Infineum Announce New Chief Executive
Tony Gaskell To Retire
Infineum International Limited has announced that Mr. Dominique Fournier will be appointed as its Chief Executive Officer, replacing Dr. A. J. (Tony) Gaskell who will retire at the end of 2004.
Dominique Fournier has a Mechanical Engineering degree from I' Ecole des Mines de Saint-Etienne, France and has over 28 years of senior management experience in the Chemical Industry in a number of marketing, sales, supply, business development and affiliate management roles. He is currently ExxonMobil Chemical Company Adhesion Industry, Worldwide Vice President, based at ExxonMobil Chemical HQ in Houston, Texas. Dominique will resign from his current position to join Infineum effective January 2005.
Tony Gaskell was appointed CEO elect of the proposed new Petroleum Additives Joint Venture in 1996 and has led Infineum since its January 1st, 1999 start-up to become the successful $1.5B Lubricant and Fuels Additives Company it is today.
