Infineum Announce New VP Supply
Tom Dance Retires From Infineum
Infineum have announced that Trevor Russell will become Vice President
Supply, replacing Tom Dance who will retire from Infineum. In his
new capacity Russell will have global responsibility for Manufacturing,
Supply Chain, Procurement and Health & Safety activities.
Trevor Russell held the position of VP Speciality Lubricant Additives
at the start-up of Infineum before becoming VP Sales in 2001. More
recently he has been working on a special assignment of shaping
the organization’s medium-term strategy.
He will take up his new role in August to ensure a smooth transition
with Tom Dance who will retire in October.
Dance joined Exxon Chemical in 1976 and held various positions
working in New Jersey, Houston and Canada until he became Manufacturing
Vice President of the Paramins organization prior to working on
the organization and start-up of Infineum. At start-up Dance held
the position of Vice President Asia-Pacific working out of Infineum’s
offices in Singapore, he then moved back to Linden, New Jersey in
2001 taking up the VP Supply role.
