Infineum and Two Employees are Honored by the YWCA

The Young Women Christian Association (YWCA) of Central Jersey honored two Infineum employees, Mary Cathrin Crowley and Natalyn N. Price, who received Tribute to Women and Industry (TWIN) awards. In addition, Infineum was recognized with a corporate award for its support of policies and practices to encourage opportunities for the advancement of women.

Originating in 1975 to empower women in the workplace, the TWIN awards program honors women who have excelled in their fields and made significant contributions to industry in executive, managerial and professional roles.

Ms. Crowley, who administers wellness programs for employees at Infineum's Bayway Chemical Plant, was recognized for her leadership in heading a diverse group to develop a safety program, Total Safety Culture, which involves culture change within the organization. She was instrumental in recruiting and organizing trainers to train 277 employees and contractors within a one-month time constraint.

Ms. Price was recognized for her leadership in Information Technology, which includes the coordination of a global team of IT professionals in the areas of telecommunications, desk-top services, e-mail, local network, voice, intranet and internet services, and e-business.
